At DieselPump Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
